Shipping policy

 

1.   15-days exchange policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

 

·         If broken/unsealed, do not accept the order at the time of delivery itself.

·         In the case of merchandise, exchange products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

·         Only one time exchange request will be considered on each order. Thereof, shipping cost will be charged ₹70/- against each product.

·         Customer has to send the parcel to our warehouse on their own cost.

·         Exchange will do for the same product. In case you want a different product you have to place a new order online & the product of the 1^st order has to be cancelled as per the cancellation policy. 

·         Call Customer Care (7045929599) or mail info@uniformrepublic.com and inform us about the exchange that needs to take place.

·         Once received, the exchange product goes through a quality check. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached.

·         Please allow 7-8 working days for the processing of exchanges.

·         Kindly check the size chart before ordering.

·         Goods once ordered will be delivered in 5-7 working days.

 

2.   CANCELLATIONS:

·         To cancel your order, send us an e-mail or give us a call (WhatsApp). You will receive the confirmation of cancellation on your mail.

·         Refund will be done in 7-8 working days, provided the goods returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
