Return & Replacement
- We have a flexible 15-days Return policy for exchanges/returns (up to a maximum of two exchanges/returns) from the day of the purchase, which is applicable under these circumstances:
- If parcel is broken/ not sealed, do not accept the parcel at the time of delivery itself.
- The returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
- Only two pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from customer.
- Exchange will be done for the same product.
- In case you want a different product, you have to place a new order online & the product of the 1st order has to be cancelled (if not delivered) as per the cancellation policy. However, if the product has been delivered, then it will be treated as a return.
- How do I return an item?
- Call Customer Care (7045929599) or mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org or you can WhatsApp on and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place.
- Please keep your order Id ready for exchanges/returns, you also need to have the original receipt of your order for any returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt.
- A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners and only two pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
- Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags.
- In case of returns/exchanges, kindly check the size chart before ordering. Shipping costs will be charged @ Rs. 50 per parcel after 2nd attempt.
- Please allow 7-8 working days for the processing of returns/exchanges.
- To cancel your order, send us an e-mail or give us a call or whatsapp on 7045929599 with the following details:
Name, Order Id, Exchange details, reason for exchange.
You will receive the confirmation of cancellation on your email.
- Refund will be done in 7-8 working days, provided the goods are returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
- Exchanges at Franchisee Store
- The goods can be handed over at the franchisee store (receipt for the same will be given).
- No immediate exchanges will happen at franchisee store.
- Exchanged goods will be delivered at your preferred address.
- In any case, exchanges will happen in 7-8 working days.
